This category is designed for candidates who have been working in Saskatchewan for at least 6 months and have a valid work permit.
Graduates working on Post Graduate work permit and Refugee claimants are not eligible to apply under this category.

Application Procedure
- Check for program openings and ensure eligibility during application intake periods for the Saskatchewan Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit stream.
- Submit your application through the SINP Online Portal, the official platform for SINP applications.
- No program-specific application fee is required for this stream.
- If accepted, Saskatchewan will notify you via email about your provincial nomination, allowing you to proceed with your Canadian permanent residency
- After provincial nomination, submit a paper-based permanent residency application to the federal government within six months.
- Expect federal processing of paper-based permanent residency applications to take around 18 months.
