Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) is one of the immigration program operated by Prince of Quebec. Candidates who have French language proficiency and work experience in Quebec are more suitable to apply for this program
There are two streams under this program:
- Temporary Foreign Workers
- Quebec Graduates (Quebec Experience Program for International Students):
Temporary Foreign Workers
Program Eligibility:

| Level of Education | – If completed at least 3 years of full time secondary or post-secondary study entirely in French, will be able to meet the language requirements. |
| Work Experience | – Obtained under PGWP or IEC also eligible
– Have full time work experience in Quebec for at least 24 months of the 36 months preceding the submission of application in a position TEER 0,1,2 or 3 (Previously National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels 0, A, or B). |
| Language Proficiency | – Demonstrate language proficiency in French for spoken French – Level 7 on Quebec Scale of French Proficiency Levels, or
– Have completed minimum 3 Years full time secondary or post-secondary study in French, or – Meet the French language requirement of the professional order governing their occupation in Quebec. – Have their spouses demonstrate spoken knowledge of French of Level 4 on Quebec Scale of French Proficiency Levels |
| Connection to Province | – Be legally in Quebec at the time of the application
– Demonstrate their intention to settle in Quebec to hold a job. |
Quebec Graduates (Quebec Experience Program for International Students):

| Level of Education | – Have completed 2 Years study in Quebec (1800 hours).
– Obtained an eligible degree or diploma from an educational recognition by Quebec Ministry of education with in the last 36 months – Have stayed temporarily in Quebec for study for at least half the length of their program. |
| Work Experience | – Hold a DEC Diploma, Bachelors or Masters and have 1 Year of work experience in a 0, A, B Level jobs and to hold that job at the time of application.
– Hold a DEP and have 18 months of work experience in a 0, A, B or C Level jobs and to hold that job at the time of application (C Level work be related to the degree) |
| Language Proficiency | – Demonstrate language proficiency in French for spoken French – Level 7, and Written French – Level 5 on Quebec Scale of French Proficiency Levels.
– Have their spouses demonstrate knowledge of spoken French of a level 4 on Quebec Scale of French Proficiency Levels. |
| Connection to Province | – Be legally be in Quebec at the time of application
– Stayed for at least half the length of study program in Quebec – Intention to settle in Quebec to hold a job. |
