This category is designed for candidates who possess expertise in occupations that are in-demand in the province of Saskatchewan and who don’t have a job offer in the province but they are highly skilled in an In-Demand occupation, who are living abroad or in Canada. Refugee claimant are not eligible.

–         Be in-demand in Saskatchewan.

–         Not to be in the Excluded Occupations List

Application Procedure

  • Expression of Interest (EOI) System: Create a profile on SINP Online and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to SINP.
  • SINP Ranking System: Get scored and ranked based on education, work experience, language proficiency, age, and other criteria specified by SINP Ranking System.
  • Invitation to Apply (ITA): Highest-scoring candidates receive an ITA for provincial nomination during SINP Draws.
  • Comprehensive Application and Fee: Submit a comprehensive application to Saskatchewan, paying a non-refundable $350 CAD fee.
  • Provincial Nomination: If approved, receive a provincial nomination via email, allowing you to proceed with your Canadian permanent residency
  • Application for Permanent Residency: Submit a paper-based permanent residency application to the federal government within six months of provincial nomination.
  • Processing Time: Federal processing of paper-based applications takes about 18 months.
